Feedback and complaints

Answer the Customer Feedback Form and drop it in the Suggestion Box at the CSWDO.

Every 4:30pm the Info Desk Officer opens the drop box, compiles all forms and submits them to the Administrative Officer IV. Feedback requiring an answer is forwarded to the relevant division or section, which must answer within three (3) working days of receipt. The office's answer is then relayed to the client.
