Feedback and complaints

Answer the client feedback form and drop it in the box at the Public Assistance and Complaint Desk in the City Hall lobby.

The person in charge opens the drop box and evaluates each form; feedback needing an answer is forwarded to the office concerned. Complaints may be filed in writing or in person to the City Mayor, by email, or on (052) 732 7988. After evaluation and investigation the Local Chief Executive calls both parties in for consultation and appropriate action.
