Feedback and complaints
Text, email or call the City Engineer's Office on 0917-134-4453 or 0968-243-4819. You can also fill up and sign the Client's Feedback Form near the suggestion box at the Public Assistance and Complaints Desk and drop it in, or write to the City Engineer directly.
The office reviews feedback for areas needing corrective measures and looks at it from other perspectives for possible improvement. Complaints are retrieved, classified and summarised, analysed and acted on, and the client is notified of the action taken by letter. A complaint outside the office's authority is endorsed to the head of office.
