How it works
1Submit the required documents to Lane 2.
The office then
If the application is eligible, the Action Officer encodes the data, submits it electronically to the BPLO for approval, the CTO Assessor assesses the taxes and fees electronically, and BPLO staff print the final application form and Tax Order of Payment and release them with the feedback form. If it is not eligible, you are given a notice of deficiency for compliance.

2Pay the computed taxes and fees at the City Treasurer's Office against the Tax Order of Payment. You can also pay by GCash, Paymaya, Mastercard, Visa, Development Bank of the Philippines or Land Bank of the Philippines.

The CTO Collector receives the payment, prepares and issues the official receipt, then tells you to go to the Business Center releasing area at Lane 9.

3Go to the BPLO releasing area at Lane 9 and hand in the accomplished feedback form. You receive the locational clearance for the business and the Mayor's Permit to operate it.
The office then
The BPLO Releasing Officer releases the business permit with the business plate or sticker and the other clearances.
